I was at the Shaklee Global Conference this past week and we were challenged to 100 Days of Amazing with the question of what could we accomplish in 100 days if we really tried? I was inspired by the challenge, both as a business builder who wants to grow my business in 100 days and as an individual! What could I do in 100 days?
To help us grasp the reality of what can truly be accomplished we were given the amazing example of Cynthia! Cynthia was paralyzed and bedridden from MS and challenged by a video she had seen of inspiring stories of what others have done in just 100 days and she determined to walk again. Her amazing story shows triumphs, challenges, and victory. I encourage you to click on Cynthia’s name above for the link to her story. Wow! When she walked out on the Shaklee stage we all went wild with cheers and tears of joy!
A second example we were given was from Allison Baver, a USA Olympic speed skater. Allison was a contender for the 2010 Gold medal when in 2009 she suffered a horrific accident on the ice. Her story of courage, strength, and recovery is truly remarkable. She was told she may never walk normally again. Not only did Allison walk again, but she pushed through and skated in the 2010 Olympics winning the Bronze! She was in a wheelchair for the beginning of her recovery and accomplished most of her recover in 100 day!
There are stories out there, every day, of improved health, weight loss, recovery, change of attitude, learning a skill and more that where accomplished in just 100 days! Join me in the next 100 days and accomplish amazing things!

- I am also committed to 100 days to amazing health and fitness. I want to be fit for my future making sure that my health span matches my life span as closely as possible.

My Day 1:
- Write out a plan and goals for my business
- Exercise at least 30 minutes
- Come up with guidelines for healthy eating and meals for the next 100 days
- Write out what I’d like my lifestyle of health and fitness to look like after the 100 days
- Strip and Shake daily!
